Sergio Aguilera Bustamante

Guillermo Kelly Millán
Guillermo Kelly Millán is a Metallurgical Engineer from the Universidad de Concepción, with 40 years of experience in the Mining Industry for different base metals. In his professional career, his performance in important mining operations for BHP and Codelco stands out, as well as the Engineering company Amec (now Wood), where he led the processes area for important projects of clients such as Codelco, BHP, Freeport McMoran and CAP Minería among others. In his professional career, he has dedicated more than 20 years to hydrometallurgy, where he has designed and optimized different processes of well-known mining plants, such as Lomas Bayas, Centinela, Los Bronces, Cerro Colorado and Franke, among others.
Nicolás Meynet Ballocchi
Nicolás Meynet Ballocchi, belonging to our associated company Balmey, is a Mechanical Engineer from the Universidad de Concepción, with 18 years of experience in the Mining and Oil & Gas Industry. During the time he worked at Fluor company, he participated as a specialist in important Large Mining projects, such as Pascua Lama, Sierra Gorda and Quellaveco. In his professional career, he has designed and reviewed projects related to Chloride Leaching, Solutions Management, and materiality evaluation for important clients, such as BHP, Anglo American and KGHM among others.
José Miguel Gaete
José Miguel Gaete is a Civil Engineer from the Universidad de Santiago de Chile, with 20 years of experience in Mining and Industrial projects. In his professional career, his performance in emblematic projects stands out, such as the development and construction of lines 2, 3, 4 and 5 of the Santiago Metro, the El Trebal water treatment plant, as well as important projects for BHP and Anglo American. He has dedicated more than 15 years to hydrometallurgy, where he has led the design and repair of several process pools, in addition to leading the Civil discipline of chloride leaching projects for BHP, Anglo American and KGHM.
Raúl Mandiola
Raúl Mandiola is a Civil Industrial Engineer with a Mechanical Mention, graduated from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. He has more than 14 years of experience, during which he has been leading engineering, manufacturing and assembly as a Project Manager, mainly for the Mining Industry. In his career, his leadership in services for important mining corporations, including Anglo American, KGHM and BHP, stand out, as well as his participation in the SGO Project, where he led a multidisciplinary team to provide support in the bidding, allocation and control of different packages related to the early works of the project. In addition, he led the project "Engineering for Improvements in the 2nd Agglomeration Line”, for BHP.
