Engineering Development

We have a high level of specialty, which allows us to address the development of engineering from concept to detail, proposing appropriate solutions to each project’s conditions. Our engineers with vast and varied experience contribute in different aspects, including plant construction and assembly, plant operation, maintenance, and development of brownfield/greenfield engineering for different project sizes.

Engineering Reviews

Our team and methodology to develop the engineering review are based on achieving projects that are easy to build and operate. During the design stage of a project, there are multiple solutions that can be carried out. In this sense, it is highly recommended to have the experience of those who have developed different projects, and who technically defends the point of view and criteria of the project owner, mitigating unnecessary cost overruns in the execution stage.

Field Engineering

The largest amount of resources invested in a project are consumed in the construction stage. Here, having an agile response can be key to keeping project costs close to the baseline. Our experience in the construction phase allows us to identify site requirements, and to place a team of professionals that allows us to solve the different technical requirements during construction quickly and with good judgment, through engineering instructions, timely resolution of  RFIs, and others similar engineering elements.

Project Management

Our PMO department, dedicated to provide support to project management and management in general, bases its methodology on the recognized Project Management Institute (PMI) system. Understanding the different nature of each project, we have adapted the different processes contained in the PMI, according to their size and complexity, avoiding that project management becomes an unnecessary burden. In this area we have specialists in CAPEX, programming, cost control, risk management, governance and stakeholder management, among others.
